What ARE You Usig Your Mind For?



Feed it love.

Feed it gentleness.

Feed it compassion

Feed it beauty.

Feed it appreciation.

Feed it all the things that are good in life.

When you see or feel something negative, take a new breath full of light.

There is no need to explore a cause or a source.

Fill up with love, harmony, compassion, joy, and be fulfilled.

Full and overflowing.

Unlimited good.

It is always flowing to and through and all around you.

You are beautiful.

You have a beautiful life.

Use your mind to describe this to yourself, over and over again.

You’ll get to see more and more of it.

Are You Using Your Mind for Solid Gold?



Any time you add calm to a situation, you are increasing its’ value.

You are adding solid gold thought to the situation.

Do you add fuel to the fire of criticism, confusion, condemnation, frustration?

What a waste, when near at hand is a way to dilute the negative feelings and add calm and inspiration.

Within your own thought, you can begin loving yourself.

This love for yourself builds up and up and it overflows onto the situation at hand.

Thought is more receptive to thought than action.

It will find itself rebuked, but not in any cruel way.

It will feel love overflowing its’ very being, and will feel calm infusing the atmosphere around it, until there is simply no need for reaction of any kind.

The situation will simply resolve.

That is Solid Gold Thought and you can use yours at any time.

And did you know?

It increases more with use.
