In Turmoil or in Peace

You can always turn to who you are whether you are in turmoil or in peace.

They are different feelings, though.

In peace, it is a generous, almost effortless, sharing.

A taken for granted, this is what I do.

In turmoil, it is a struggle, this is what I must do.

Both contribute.

Both end the confusion.

Both create the flow.

Both allow production, sharing, gifts.

One is in the process of mastery.

One has arrived, at least for that moment.

Both are valuable.

What You Value

Unless you allow it, your mind and feelings cannot be taken over by someone else or by circumstances.

Those are only old feelings from the past.

Once you have built a new foundation of your own choosing, you let in only what you want to be there.

Old stuff is merely familiar, not chosen, and therefore, no longer acceptable.

Having filled in the foundation and built the residence you require for your healthy, productive, appreciative, joyful life, there are no rooms left over for old, negative stuff.

So, it has to leave, disappear.

It has no value.

Only what you value has room in your life.

Pay attention to that.

What you value.
