What is The Most Beautiful Thing I Can Do?

Between pages 136 and 143 of Charles Eisenstein’s book, Sacred Economics, I am beginning to find his solution, evolving into what he calls, “a gift economy”.  This preceded what we currently practice through a “money economy”.

And so I find my topic for today:
“What is the most beautiful thing I can do?” from p. 136

------------------
Within your mind is the deepest thought of yourself, who you are.

It is in your core, and it is your core.

There is something which you have to contribute, to share,

that expresses the best of you,

the most satisfying,

the most delightful,

the most honest,

the most generous.

Imagine discovering this and working with everything you’ve got to make it happen.

Imagine everyone around you doing the same thing.

Look at what you would truly have to share.

Look at how your communities would prosper.

Look at how neighboring communities would seek to share with you and you with them.

Look at the entire shift in what you could provide for each other.

Look at the joy and fulfillment you would live in.

Look at the beautiful things you would discover about yourself and the folks around you.

What is the most beautiful thing I can do?
